Procedure
I come to the property to assess it. The information gathered is then processed to produce a draft EPC.
Payment
After the survey at the property the draft EPC and invoice are emailed to you. Upon receipt of payment the EPC is lodged and the final certificate is then emailed straight over.

The first 30 miles are included in the price. Further away it is 40p/mile. No VAT, includes lodging fees and public liability insurance, no other/hidden costs.
